Placing Orders:

Our dedicated and knowledgeable sales staff are available to discuss queries and orders between 09:00 and 16:00 Mondays to Fridays, and between 09:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays. Individual appointments can also be scheduled during those times for a personal consultation at our premises in Cape Town. Orders will be processed Monday through Fridays, excluding public holidays.

Our staff will help guide you through the process after your ideal budget has been discussed and will help you select the ideal diamond or other jewellery item at the best value.

For clients who wish to have their designs rendered first using the latest CAD 3D design software, this process can take up to 4 working days. Costs involved here (if applicable) will be discussed prior as per the design involved and all CAD 3D designs remain the property of Prins & Prins Diamonds until payment for the designs have been received, unless agreed upon otherwise by both parties.

Processing Orders:

Once a design has been chosen and finalised, a 50% deposit is required to secure your diamond(s) or other precious gemstone(s), or to start manufacture on your custom design, with the balance due before the item is couriered/shipped. Manufacture, and hand-to-hand delivery can take between 2 and 15 working days, depending on the item ordered and the delivery destination. Once an order has been placed a confirmation e-mail will be sent confirming the order and all its details.

Changes or Cancellations to Orders:

Should any changes be made to an order, or the order is updated, the customer will receive an update notification via e-mail. Changes to orders can be accommodated during the design stages. Once a design has been confirmed and signed off and manufacture on a custom order has begun, then unfortunately no changes or alterations will be allowed, unless agreed to by both parties.

Should an order be placed for an existing jewellery item on which no alterations are required, then we will do our best to accommodate should the client wish to change the order if agreed upon by both parties. Please email us immediately to sales@prinsandprins.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that once the order has been processed and/or shipped/couriered, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. Should a client wish to cancel or modify an order and it is agreed upon by both parties, then the funds received by Prins & Prins towards the purchase will be credited towards the client’s account towards his/her next purchase.

When an order is ready for delivery we will notify you immediately, and provide you with the necessary tracking details for your parcel with the relevant courier company.

Any of our exquisite products can be hand delivered to you anywhere in South Africa or the world.

Types of Payment Accepted:

We accept, American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Mastercard and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Security Policy:

Prins & Prins will never divulge or share any information with interested or third parties, and all correspondence will be handled as confidential.
